Licensing & Intellectual Property
FaithOnline does not host, store, or stream copyrighted music or audio files unless explicitly licensed.
Music and media may be shared only through links or embedded players from third-party platforms that retain their own licensing and distribution rights.
Users are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate rights to any content they share. FaithOnline may remove content that raises copyright or licensing concerns and may restrict accounts for repeated violations, in accordance with the Terms of Service.
Content Boundaries

Musical diversity is welcomed where content is edifying, respectful, and consistent with Community Standards.

To protect the intellectual property of artists and creators. FaithOnline does not permit users to directly upload videos or audio files containing copyrighted background music, regardless of length. Short-form clips or excerpts containing copyrighted music are permitted only when embedded or linked from a licensed third-party platform (such as YouTube or Spotify) that retains its own licensing rights. Scriptural Statements
Last Updated: 06/01/2026

Marriage/Sexuality. We believe that God created the sacred institution of marriage as a lifelong covenantal relationship between one man and one woman. God’s design for sex is to be enjoyed within the covenantal relationship of marriage (Gen. 2:24).

Gender. We believe that gender is God-given and rooted in one’s biological sex. Gender is not self-defined or changeable. Both male and female were created in God’s image (Gen. 1:26-27).

Sanctity of life. We believe that all human life is sacred because all people have been made in the image of God. Life begins at conception and should be protected as a gift from God (Gen. 1:26-27; Exod. 20:13; Psa 139:13-16).

Human Dignity. We believe that every human being is created in the image of God and possesses inherent worth, value, and dignity regardless of age, ability, race, ethnicity, or station in life. Racism, dehumanization, and any form of contempt toward another human being contradict the truth that all people bear God's image (Gen. 1:26-27; James 3:9-10; Gal. 3:28; Acts 17:26).

Sexual Ethics. We believe that God created sex as a sacred gift to be enjoyed only within the covenantal relationship of marriage between one man and one woman. Sexual immorality of any kind — including fornication, adultery, pornography, lust, and sexually explicit content — is contrary to God's design for human flourishing (1 Cor. 6:18-20; Heb. 13:4; 1 Thess. 4:3-5; Matt. 5:27-28).

The Family. We believe that God designed the family as the foundational unit of society, with parents holding the primary responsibility for raising and discipling children in the ways of the Lord. Children are a gift from God, and parental authority is to be exercised with love, wisdom, and accountability to Scripture (Deut. 6:6-7; Eph. 6:1-4; Ps. 127:3; Prov. 22:6).

Salvation in Christ Alone. We believe that Jesus Christ is the only way of salvation, that no one comes to the Father except through Him, and that salvation cannot be earned through works, sincerity, or any other religious system. The exclusivity of Christ is not exclusion of persons but the unique and sufficient hope offered to all (John 14:6; Acts 4:12; 1 Tim. 2:5; Rom. 10:9-13; Eph. 2:8-9).

The Local Church. We believe that the local church is the visible expression of the Body of Christ, established by Jesus for worship, teaching, fellowship, accountability, and mission. While FaithOnline supports spiritual formation in digital community, it does not replace the local church. Believers are called to active participation in a local body of believers (1 Cor. 12:12-14; Heb. 10:24-25; Eph. 4:11-16; Acts 2:42-47).

Truth and Speech. We believe that truth is rooted in the character of God and that believers are called to speak truth in love. We reject false witness, deceitful speech, gossip, slander, and the spreading of harmful misinformation. Our words are to build up, not tear down, and to reflect the truth of God's Word (Eph. 4:15, 25, 29; Ex. 20:16; Prov. 12:19; James 1:26; Col. 4:6).

Biblical Justice. We believe that justice flows from the holy character of God and is defined by His Word. True justice cares for the vulnerable, defends the wronged, opposes oppression, and honors truth. It is distinct from political ideology and is grounded in God's revelation, not human philosophies or movements (Mic. 6:8; Isa. 1:17; Ps. 89:14; Prov. 31:8-9; Deut. 16:20).
Statement of Faith
Last Updated: 06/03/2026
FaithOnline is a private, Christ-centered community built upon our Statement of Faith. By joining this platform, you agree that your conduct, posts, and interactions will align with and respect these foundational beliefs and our Community Standards. Content that contradicts or undermines these standards will be removed.
Age Requirement
FaithOnline is intended for users age 13 and older. We may restrict, suspend, or remove accounts that do not meet age requirements, in accordance with the Terms of Service.

-
We believe the Bible (the 66 books of the Old and New Testament) is the inspired, fully trustworthy, and supreme Word of God, sufficient on its own for our faith and practice. Scripture, not tradition, culture, or personal experience, is our final authority for faith and life. (2 Tim. 3:16-17)
-
We believe in the one, true God who eternally exists in three distinct persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Each person of the triune Godhead is equal in divine nature, power, and glory, having the same attributes and perfections. (Deut. 6:4; Matt. 3:16-17; 2 Cor. 13:14)
-
We believe in Jesus Christ, who is fully God and fully man, the second person of the Trinity, God the Son. Jesus was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary, lived a perfect and sinless life, died on the cross for our sins, rose bodily from the dead, and ascended to the right hand of God the Father, where He currently reigns over creation and is our High Priest and Intercessor. We believe in his teachings, miracles, and seek to walk in obedience to his commands. (John 1:1-3; Matt. 1:23; 2 Cor. 5:21; Matt. 28:6)
-
We believe all mankind is created by God and created in his image. Humanity’s original purpose and design was to live under the authority of God and reflect his image to all creation. Man rejected God’s authority and chose sin. Sin has broken the image of God in us and has brought us separation from God, death, and a desperate need for salvation. (Gen. 1:26-27; Rom. 3:23; Rom. 6:23)
-
We believe that salvation from sin and its consequences (death and wrath) only comes by grace alone, through faith alone, in Jesus Christ alone. Salvation is a free gift of God’s grace, received through faith and not earned by works. There is no other hope or path for salvation. The results of salvation through faith in Jesus are forgiveness of sins, regeneration, the gift of the Holy Spirit, adoption into God’s family, and eternal life in the perfect presence of God. (Eph. 2:8-9; John 14:6)
-
We believe in the resurrection and eternal state of both the saved and the lost. The saved spend eternity in the perfect presence of God, dwelling with him in the New Heavens and New Earth. The lost are rightly judged and held accountable for their sins and unbelief, and will spend eternity separated from God in hell. (Matt. 25:46; Rev. 20:4-15; Rev. 21:1-4)
-
We believe the Cchurch, the Body of Christ, is a spiritual organism made up of all born-again believers across the globe. (1 Cor. 12:12-14)
-
We believe in the Great Commission, that all believers are called by Jesus to go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing new believers, and teaching them to obey all that Jesus commands. (Matt. 28:19-20)
-
We believe in the Great Commandment: we are to love God with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength, and we are to love our neighbor as ourselves. (Matt. 22:36-40)
-
In the personal, bodily return of Jesus Christ in glory, the final judgment, and the renewal of all things (Acts 1:11; 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17; Revelation 21:1-5).

For our specific positions on contemporary cultural and biblical matters, see the FaithOnline Scriptural Statements, which build directly on this Statement of Faith.

Our Foundation
FaithOnline is a Gospel-centered, community-led Christian platform connecting devoted believers with Scripture-grounded teaching, edifying content, and authentic connection for daily faith formation. FaithOnline exists to help believers form around Scripture-grounded teaching, connect in meaningful fellowship, and grow in their faith daily.
1. Core Values
These values shape how we show up -for God and for one another:
-
Biblical Truth: We uphold Scripture from an evangelical perspective as our foundation
-
Christ-Centered Living: Our words, actions, and content should reflect Jesus
-
Love & Respect: Every person is treated with dignity, regardless of where they are in their faith journey
-
Humility: We share with conviction, not superiority
-
Authenticity: We choose lived faith over performative expression
-
Growth: We create space for learning, questioning, and spiritual maturity

2. Christ-Centered Engagement
We are called to build up -not tear down.
-
Keep all interactions edifying, respectful, and rooted in Scripture
-
Disagree with grace -challenge ideas without attacking individuals
-
No harassment, hate speech, or condemning language
-
Do not weaponize Scripture to shame, control, or elevate oneself
-
Be mindful of tone - digital conversations require extra care and clarity

3. Faith Expression & Biblical Alignment
Clarity and unity matter in a faith-based space.
-
We uphold biblical truth from an evangelical perspective
-
Keep conversations anchored in Scripture, with thoughtful context when shared
-
Respect differences on interpretive topics - such as worship style, spiritual gifts, or eschatology-while remaining united in the core beliefs of the faith
-
Avoid presenting personal interpretation as absolute or universally binding
-
Reject manipulation tactics -faith should never rely on guilt-driven engagement (ex: “share this or you’re ashamed of God”)
-
Members are expected to engage in alignment with both the Statement of Faith and the Scriptural Statements.

This commitment extends to both our Statement of Faith and our Scriptural Statements, which together form the doctrinal foundation members agree to engage in alignment with.
4. Authenticity Over Performance
Faith is something we live, not something we stage.
-
Choose authenticity over performance
-
Avoid posting for validation, attention, or spiritual comparison

Encourage honesty, testimony, and real-life faith journeys
-
No solicitation for monetary profit or personal gain
-
This is a reciprocal space where we aim for members to pour into and receive from community

-
Encourage seeking qualified professional help for mental health, medical, or crisis-related needs

2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, information we collect automatically when you use the Platform, and information we receive from third parties.

-
A. Information you provide. This includes, but is not limited to:
-
Account and identity information. When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, password (stored in encrypted/hashed form), and any profile details you choose to add such as a photo, bio, location, denomination, gender, age, or language preference. Denomination, and any profile detail that reveals your religious affiliation, is treated as sensitive personal information and is collected only with your consent. These profile fields are optional, you control who can see them, and you can edit or delete them at any time. For members under 18, age and denomination are private by default. All accounts on FaithOnline must be tied to a real identity. We do not allow anonymous participation, which is core to maintaining community trust.

If you create or claim a church, ministry, or business profile, we collect the organization's name, address, contact details, hours of operation, leadership information, and any descriptive content you provide. Where applicable and subject to verification and legal requirements, we may also collect documentation supporting your claim to the listing.

-
-
B. Information we collect automatically.
-
Device and usage data. Device type, operating system version, app version, IP address, browser type (for web), session timestamps, pages or features accessed, and similar diagnostic information.
-
Cookies, SDKs, and similar technologies. On the web. We use cookies and similar technologies (such as web beacons and pixels) to support sign-in, remember your preferences, understand how the Platform is used, and support security. Most browsers let you control or disable cookies through browser settings; some Platform features may not function properly without them. In the mobile app. The mobile app does not use cookies in the traditional sense. Instead, we use device identifiers and software development kits (SDKs) from our service providers (such as Auth0, Firebase, GetStream, and Mixpanel) to support authentication, deliver content, monitor performance, send notifications, and understand usage. You can manage many of these device-level data flows through your device's privacy settings, including iOS App Tracking Transparency for any future tracking-related features.
-
Approximate location. We may infer your approximate location (such as city or region) from your IP address to support security, fraud prevention, content relevance, and platform analytics. We do not collect precise GPS or device-level location unless a future feature specifically requires it and you grant the permission through your device settings.
-
Precise location for opted-in features. Certain Platform features, such as finding nearby churches, ministries, or community events in our directory, require precise device-level location (GPS). We request your permission through your device's location services before accessing precise location, and we only collect precise location when you have actively granted permission and are using a feature that requires it. You can revoke this permission at any time through your device's location settings; revoking permission disables location-dependent features but does not affect other Platform functionality.
-
Push notifications. FaithOnline does not currently send push notifications and does not collect push notification tokens. If we introduce push notifications in the future, then with your permission we will receive a unique device token through our push provider (currently Firebase) to deliver the notifications you choose to receive, and we will update this Privacy Policy and our App Store disclosures before that feature goes live. You will be able to disable push notifications at any time through your device settings.
-
-
C. Information from third parties.
If you sign in using a third-party service (such as Google or Apple), we receive basic profile information from that service as authorized by you. We may also receive limited information from analytics providers to help us understand Platform usage in aggregate.
A note on sensitive information. FaithOnline is a Christ-centered community, and the content you choose to share, including prayer requests, testimonies, confessions, and reflections on your faith, is personal and often sacred. We treat your User Content according to your privacy settings and this Privacy Policy, and we apply heightened protections to information that reveals religious beliefs or affiliations (see Section 9, Your Privacy Rights and Choices). Please share thoughtfully. Information you post publicly within the Platform can be seen by other community members, and we encourage you to use discretion when sharing content that involves others.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to operate, protect, and improve FaithOnline, and to support our mission of helping believers grow in faith and connect in trusted community. Specifically, we use information to:

You can opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

-
Comply with legal obligations. Respond to lawful requests from courts, government agencies, or other authorized entities; enforce our rights and the rights of our community members; and prevent harm to people or property.
-
Support faith-based features. See Section 9 (Your Privacy Rights and Choices), subsection on Sensitive Personal Information, for fuller detail.
Legal bases (where applicable). Where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or a similar law applies to our processing of your information, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases:
-
Performance of a contract. To provide the Platform and the services you request and to operate your account.
-
Legitimate interests. To operate, secure, and improve the Platform; prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents; communicate with you about your account; and protect the community, balanced against your rights and freedoms.
-
Consent. For processing that requires your specific opt-in, including processing of sensitive personal information and certain marketing communications.
-
Legal obligation. To comply with applicable laws, lawful requests from authorities, and our reporting and record keeping obligations.
Where consent is the legal basis, you may withdraw your consent at any time by adjusting your preferences in the Platform or contacting us at support@faith.online with the subject line "Privacy Request" to expedite routing.

Terms of Service
Last Updated: 06/01/2026

Welcome to FaithOnline. We are building a Christ-centered community where devoted believers can discover Biblical teaching, connect in authentic fellowship, and grow daily. To preserve this space as a sanctuary free from distraction and division, we have established these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

Our Foundation: A Christ-Centered Community
-
FaithOnline is a private, Christ-centered community built upon our Statement of Faith. By creating an account, you agree that your conduct, posts, and interactions will align with and respect our Statement of Faith and Community Standards. Content that contradicts or undermines these standards may be removed in accordance with these Terms.
-
FaithOnline is a private, expressive religious community organized around evangelical Christian beliefs. Our editorial and moderation decisions reflect the religious convictions of FaithOnline as a private association exercising rights protected by the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, including the right of expressive association recognized in Boy Scouts of America v. Dale, 530 U.S. 640 (2000), and the Religious Freedom Restoration Act, 42 U.S.C. § 2000bb et seq.
-
FaithOnline is not a place of public accommodation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we reserve the right to limit participation by, restrict the content of, or terminate the accounts of individuals or groups whose conduct, expression, or beliefs are inconsistent with our Statement of Faith, Community Standards, or these Terms. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove content, limit visibility, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate access to enforce these Terms and Policies and to protect the integrity, safety, and spiritual health of the community.
These Terms govern your access to and use of FaithOnline (the “Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or clicking "I Agree" at signup, you accept these Terms and form a binding agreement with FaithOnline. You must affirmatively accept these Terms to use the Platform. If you do not accept these Terms, do not create an account or use the Platform.

How You Accept These Terms
Acceptance of these Terms requires two affirmative actions at the time you create your account: (1) a checked acknowledgment box stating you assent to the FaithOnline Statement of Faith, and (2) clicking an "Agree and Continue" button (or equivalent) accompanied by conspicuous disclosure that doing so means you accept these Terms, the Community Standards, the Privacy Policy, and the Music & Media Policy, each of which is linked at the point of signup. FaithOnline records the date, time, account identifier, and version of each policy accepted.

If we make material changes to these Terms, we will require your re-acceptance before you can continue to use the Platform.

Incorporated Policies
These Terms incorporate by reference the following policies, as updated from time to time (collectively, the “Policies”):
-
Statement of Faith
-
Community Standards
-
Music & Media Content Policy
-
Privacy Policy
-
Any additional guidelines, rules, or standards we publish for specific features or content categories
-
Accessibility Statement
-
Scriptural Statements

Policy Updates and Enforcement
-
FaithOnline may update, refine, or introduce additional Policies as the Platform evolves.
-
All Policy updates are incorporated by reference and enforced in accordance with these Terms.
-
If there is a conflict between these Terms and a Policy, these Terms control unless the Policy states otherwise.
Eligibility and Account Requirements
Agreement with our Statement of Faith is a condition precedent to creating an account and using the Platform. By creating an account, you affirm that you have read and assent to our Statement of Faith. FaithOnline relies on this affirmation in granting you access to our community, and any moderation actions made on doctrinal grounds are made in reliance on your affirmation.
-
FaithOnline is intended for users age thirteen (13) and older.
-
Users between 13 and 17 years of age may use the Platform only with the consent of a parent or guardian as required by the laws applicable to where they live. By creating an account if you are between 13 and 17, you represent that you have obtained that consent. Parents and guardians who learn their minor child is using the Platform without their consent may contact us at support@faith.online with the subject line "Minor Account Request" to request review.
-
You represent and warrant that you meet the age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
-
You represent and warrant that you are a resident of the United States. FaithOnline is offered to U.S. residents only. We do not knowingly direct services to users outside the United States. If you are located outside the United States, you should not use the Platform.
-
FaithOnline does not allow anonymous participation.
-
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
-
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or any Policy, or that we believe pose a risk to the Platform or community.
Organization Profiles
To create or claim a profile for a church, ministry, business, or other organization, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to act on that organization’s behalf. FaithOnline may verify claims, may grant or withhold a verified badge at its discretion, and may suspend, reassign, or revoke a claim or badge if authorization cannot be confirmed or is disputed. Claiming or controlling a profile you are not authorized to represent is a violation of these Terms.

User Content
“User Content” includes any content you submit, post, upload, share, transmit, or otherwise make available on the Platform (including text, images, audio, video, links, and other media).

FaithOnline recognizes that much of what you share, prayer requests, testimonies, confessions of struggle, reflections on your faith, is personal and often sacred to your relationship with God and to our community. We treat this content with the seriousness it deserves and ask the same of our community. Reproducing, distributing, or sharing another community member's prayer request, testimony, or personal content outside the Platform without their consent is a violation of these Terms and may result in account restrictions or termination.

User Responsibility
-
You are solely responsible for your User Content and your use of the Platform.
-
You represent and warrant that you own your User Content or have all necessary rights and permissions to share it.
-
You represent and warrant that your User Content does not infringe or violate any third-party rights (including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights).
-
You represent and warrant that your User Content complies with these Terms and all Policies.
License You Grant to FaithOnline
You own your content. As between you and FaithOnline, you retain ownership of all User Content you share. We need your permission to display your content and operate the Platform. By posting or sharing User Content, you grant FaithOnline a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license, sublicensable solely to our service providers acting on our behalf and only to the extent necessary to operate the Platform, to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and otherwise use your User Content for the purpose of operating, improving, and providing the Platform and its services. This license is transferable solely in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of substantially all of FaithOnline's assets, subject to the successor entity assuming our obligations under these Terms.

Limits on use of your User Content. Without your separate, opt-in consent, we will not: (a) use your User Content to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models, except for narrowly-scoped operational models that improve Platform safety, moderation, and content discovery, and only on de-identified User Content; (b) sell your User Content to third parties; (c) use your User Content in external advertising or marketing; or (d) license your User Content to third parties other than service providers acting on our behalf to operate the Platform.

License termination. This license terminates when you delete your User Content or your account, except for residual copies retained in routine backups for a commercially reasonable period before deletion and copies that other users may have already shared or saved.

This license includes the right to make technical modifications required to operate the Platform (for example, resizing images, formatting content for different devices, and creating necessary backup copies)

No Confidentiality
-
FaithOnline cannot guarantee confidentiality of User Content you post or share on the Platform.
-
You should avoid posting sensitive personal information and use discretion when sharing prayer requests, testimonies, or other personal content.

FaithOnline’s Rights Regarding Content
-
We may remove, restrict, or limit visibility of User Content at our sole discretion if we believe it violates these Terms or any Policy, or if we believe action is necessary to protect the Platform or community.
-
We are not responsible for User Content posted by users, and views expressed by users are their own.

-
You are responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate rights to any music, media, or other content you share.
-
Third-party services, links, and embedded content are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party platforms, their content, availability, or their terms.

As between FaithOnline and Apple or Google, any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be the sole responsibility of FaithOnline.

Statutory Framework. FaithOnline acts as a provider of an interactive computer service under 47 U.S.C. § 230. We are not the publisher or speaker of User Content under § 230(c)(1). Our moderation actions — including decisions to remove, restrict, restore, limit the visibility of, or take any other action regarding User Content or accounts — are taken in our editorial discretion as a private religious community and in good faith to restrict access to content we consider obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, excessively violent, harassing, or otherwise objectionable under § 230(c)(2)(A). This includes content that conflicts with our Statement of Faith, Community Standards, or these Terms. Nothing in these Terms waives or limits the immunities, protections, or defenses available to FaithOnline under § 230 or any other applicable law.
-
FaithOnline provides in-app tools to report content, block community members, and flag objectionable behavior. Reports are reviewed and acted upon within a reasonable time, generally within 24 hours where feasible. You may also contact us at support@faith.online if you cannot complete a report through the in-app tools.
-
community members may not misuse reporting tools, including submitting false, harassing, or retaliatory reports.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the FaithOnline Parties will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Platform, regardless of the legal theory and regardless of whether the FaithOnline Parties have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
-
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of the FaithOnline Parties for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid FaithOnline (if any) in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars ($100).
No Personal Liability. No individual associated with FaithOnline, whether as a member, manager, officer, director, employee, agent, or contractor of FaithOnline, or as a trustee or beneficiary of any trust that owns or is otherwise upstream of FaithOnline, or as a member, manager, officer, director, employee, agent, or contractor of any parent (whether direct or indirect), affiliate, or upstream owner of FaithOnline, shall have any personal liability under these Terms. FaithOnline reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you will cooperate with FaithOnline in asserting any available defenses.

Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
Please read this section carefully. It requires you to resolve most disputes with FaithOnline through binding individual arbitration rather than in court, and it waives your right to participate in a class action.

Agreement to Arbitrate. You and FaithOnline agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or your use of the Platform, whether based on contract, tort, statute, fraud, misrepresentation, or any other legal theory, will be resolved exclusively by final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The arbitrator, not any federal, state, or local court or agency, has exclusive authority to resolve any dispute about the formation, interpretation, applicability, enforceability, or scope of this Arbitration Agreement.

Arbitration Procedure. The arbitration will be conducted in English. The seat of arbitration is Wilmington, Delaware. The arbitration may be conducted by telephone, video, or written submissions, or in person at a mutually agreed location. If an in-person hearing is required and you and FaithOnline have not mutually agreed on a location, the hearing will be held in the federal judicial district where you reside, in accordance with AAA Consumer Arbitration Rule R-11, unless you and FaithOnline agree otherwise in writing. The arbitrator's award is final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class Action and Representative Action Waiver. You and FaithOnline agree that each may bring claims against the other only in your or its individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, representative, or private attorney general action. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims, may not preside over any form of representative or class proceeding, and may award relief only in favor of the individual party seeking relief and only to the extent necessary to provide relief warranted by that party's individual claim. If this Class Action and Representative Action Waiver is held unenforceable as to any particular claim, that claim must proceed in court rather than in arbitration; the remainder of this Arbitration Agreement remains in full force and effect.

Mass Arbitration. If twenty-five (25) or more substantially similar arbitration demands are filed by or with the coordination of the same counsel or coordinated group within any sixty (60) day period, the parties agree the demands will be administered as a batch under AAA's Mass Arbitration Supplementary Rules (effective January 2024) or any successor procedure adopted by AAA. The first ten (10) demands will proceed as bellwether arbitrations, and the parties will negotiate in good faith based on bellwether outcomes before the remaining demands proceed. The parties further agree to cooperate in good faith with AAA's procedures for consolidating filing fees and case management for mass-filed claims.

Jury Trial Waiver. You and FaithOnline each waive any right to a jury trial in any proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform.

Exceptions to Arbitration. This Arbitration Agreement does not apply to: (a) claims brought in small-claims court, so long as the claim remains in small-claims court and proceeds only on an individual basis; (b) claims for injunctive or equitable relief to enforce intellectual property rights or address violations of the Prohibited Content and Conduct, Confidentiality, or License provisions of these Terms; or (c) claims that cannot be arbitrated as a matter of law.

30-Day Right to Opt Out. You have the right to opt out of this Arbitration Agreement by sending written notice within thirty (30) days of first creating your FaithOnline account to support@faith.online, with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out," stating your name, the email address associated with your account, and that you wish to opt out of the Arbitration Agreement. Opting out of arbitration has no other effect on the rest of these Terms. If you do not opt out within thirty (30) days of account creation, you and FaithOnline are bound by this Arbitration Agreement.

Survival and Severability. Survival and Severability. This Arbitration Agreement survives termination of these Terms and the closure of your account. If any provision of this Arbitration Agreement is held unenforceable, that provision shall be reformed to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the Class Action and Representative Action Waiver is held unenforceable as to any particular claim, that claim shall proceed in court rather than in arbitration, but all other claims subject to this Arbitration Agreement shall remain in arbitration and the remainder of this Arbitration Agreement shall remain enforceable in full. The parties intend that this Arbitration Agreement be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Governing Law and Venue (Delaware)
-
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
-
For any dispute not subject to the Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver section above (including small-claims actions and IP-injunctive claims), such dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least thirty (30) days' advance notice by email to the address associated with your account and by in-app notice before the changes take effect, and we will require your affirmative re-acceptance for any changes that materially reduce your rights or expand your obligations. For non-material changes (such as clarifications, formatting updates, or corrections that do not affect substantive rights), we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, your sole remedy is to stop using the Platform and delete your account before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Miscellaneous
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Affiliates. For purposes of these Terms, "affiliate" means any entity that, directly or indirectly, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with Faith Online LLC, where "control" means ownership of more than fifty percent (50%) of the voting equity or the power to direct management and policies of the entity.

No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to do so later.

Assignment. We may assign these Terms. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent.

Entire Agreement. These Terms and the Policies constitute the entire agreement between you and FaithOnline regarding the Platform.

Force Majeure. Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms to the extent such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond the party's reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, pandemics, labor disputes, power or telecommunications failures, internet service provider failures, denial-of-service attacks, or failures of third-party cloud, hosting, authentication, or communications providers on which the Platform depends.

Electronic Communications and Consent. You consent to receive communications from FaithOnline electronically. Communications delivered by email to the address associated with your account, by in-app notice, or by posting on the Platform satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing. You agree that your electronic acceptance of these Terms, your electronic signature where applicable, and your electronic acknowledgments have the same legal effect as a physical signature or paper communication, consistent with the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN), 15 U.S.C. § 7001 et seq., and applicable state Uniform Electronic Transactions Acts.

Headings. Section headings and subsection headings in these Terms are for convenience of reference only and do not affect the interpretation or construction of these Terms.

Third-Party Beneficiaries. Except as expressly stated in these Terms (including the rights granted to Apple Inc. and Google LLC as third-party beneficiaries with respect to your use of the Platform via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, as applicable), there are no third-party beneficiaries to these Terms, and no person or entity not a party to these Terms shall have any right to enforce any provision of these Terms.
